Only hours before its official unveiling, Nokia’s upcoming 41-megapixel Lumia 1020 smartphone has been fully detailed in a series of leaked press photos, soon after its entire list of hardware specifications had leaked online as well.
The phone is expected to bring along a brand new imaging experience to the Windows Phone platform, courtesy of the aforementioned 41-megapixel PureView camera, which is also expected to sport optical zoom.
According to The Verge, which brought the newly leaked press photos with the smartphone to the web, the upcoming device will arrive on the market with Xenon flash and F/2.2 lens, OIS, and with a new Pro Camera application for enhanced photo shooting capabilities.
The handset is also expected to pack a 4.5-inch AMOLED display, dual-core processor, and 2GB of RAM, while being lighter than the Nokia Lumia 920, despite the large camera sensor.
